This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on

User's devices using cookies used to provide services

provided electronically requested by the User, by Jard Sp. z o.o. With

headquarters in Warsaw.

§1

Definitions

1.Administrator means Jard Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw which provides electronic services, stores and obtains

access to information on user's devices.

2.Cookies mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved

and stored on devices through which the User uses the pages

websites of the Website.

3.Administrator's Cookies means Cookies posted by the Administrator related to

Provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.

4.Website means the website where the Administrator runs the website,

operating in the domain www.jardwaw.pl.

5.Device means an electronic device through which the User

gains access to the websites of the Service

6.User means an entity for which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations

services may be provided electronically or with which the Agreement may be concluded

providing services by electronic means.

Types of cookies used

1.Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device.In particular, it is not possible to get to Users' Devices this way viruses or other unwanted software or malware. These files they allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust it Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the domain name which they come from, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.

2.The administrator uses two types of cookies:and Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the moment the browser session ends. The saved information is then permanent removed from the Device's memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Device User.

b.Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the moment of their deletion. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off The devices do not remove them from the User's Device. Cookies mechanism persistent data does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device. 3.The user has the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to his own Devices. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that, by their nature, require cookies.

The purposes for which cookies are used

1.

The administrator uses his own cookies in order to correctly configure the website, and in particular to:

a.adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages.

b.recognition of the Website User's device and its location, and accordingly displaying a website tailored to his individual needs;

c.remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the interface User, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region of origin User,

d.remembering the history of visited pages on the website in order to recommend content,

3. The administrator uses his own cookies to implement the processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites, in particular to: 

a. Adapt the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs; 

b. correct operation of the partner program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of Users' redirects to the Website's websites.

4. The administrator uses his own cookies to remember the user's location, and in particular to correctly configure selected functions of the Website, enabling the adjustment of the information provided to the User, taking into account his location. 

5. The administrator uses his own cookies for analysis and research and audience audit, in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the Website's pages, which allows improving their structure and content. 

6. The administrator uses his own cookies to provide advertising services, in particular to adapt the advertisements of services and products of third parties presented via the Website. 

7. The service administrator uses external cookies to log into the website using a social networking site via Facebook Connect (external cookie administrator: Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland).

9. The service administrator uses external cookies to log into the website using the LinkedIn social networking site (external cookie administrator: LinkedIn Ireland Limited based in Ireland). 

10. The administrator of the service uses external cookies to popularize the website using social networking sites plus.google.com (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA). 

11. The administrator of the service uses external cookies to popularize the website using social networking sites Facebook.com (administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland). 

12. The service administrator uses external cookies to present opinions on the Website pages, which are downloaded from the external website opineo.pl (external cookie administrator: Opineo Sp.z o.o.based in Wrocław).

§4 Possibilities of specifying the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies 

1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device through Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time Cookies are placed on the User's device. 2. The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.

 3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website of the Service.
